Cixi Three Circle Diesel Engine Co., Ltd is a Sino-foreign joint venture which founded by Cixi General Engine Works and British Crossby Investment Ltd in 1993. Initial founded in 1958 with a history of 56 years, Three Circle (formerly known as Cixi General Engine Works) was a state owned company focusing on manufacturing agricultural machinery. In 1968, Three Circle start to produce air cooled diesel engines with small power, which makes it the first factory to develop and manufacture diesel engines in China. Nowadays, the company is equipped with the first-class assembling and testing lines in China. With the advanced production line and strong technology, the annual productive capacity is over 300,000sets.
